Moo Goo the Magnificent announced his candidacy for President in New York, NY on
February 11, 2005 during the Westminster dog show.

"I am today announcing my candidacy for the presidency of the United States. I do
not run for the presidency merely to oppose any man or mutt but to propose new
policies. I run because I am convinced that this country is on a perilous course. I
have such strong urges regarding what must be done. I feel that I'm obliged to do all
that I can.............."
