Lars and the Real Girl - DVD Review
Lars and the Real Girl

The opening scene shows us that although Lars may not be just right, he is kind.  He shows us that by
the giving of his blanket.

Lars is a functional anti socialist.

This movie shows the best of human kindness.  Is it real?  Probably not, but it sure makes for a complex
and deep movie with layers of underlying issues.  It is a super charming movie.  Parts of it gave me chills
and other parts cracked me up Santa Claus style.  It’s packed with emotion!  It sucks you in and makes
the unbelievable feel totally believable.

This is worthy of a spot on any chicks DVD rack.
