Posters of The Psychedelic Furs, Depeche Mode and The Cure adorned the walls in the bedroom that I shared with my younger sister Angie. Angie was a year younger than me, and she listened to The Butthole Surfers, The Dead Kennedys, Eco and the Bunnyman and The Clash.
Angie opened new doors of music for me. I was listening to mainstream or older music at the time. Being the seventh out of eight kids I listened to a lot of the music that my older brothers and sisters listened too.
